Service
We deal with the service of gas boilers of all types, stationary and hanging, atmospheric, turbo and modern condensing.
We also service flow heaters, or karems, gas boilers, waw window heaters and thermal of pumps
Service should not be neglected. For new devices, an annual service is a condition of the extended warranty. A cleaned and adjusted boiler will save you money on gas and you can also prevent breakdowns or accidents.
But safety comes first. If you have a type B appliance (dependent on the supply of air from the room with free exhaust to the chimney), regular inspection is necessary, including measurement of flue gases. Depending on the concentration of poisonous CO (carbon monoxide), the date of the next inspection is set or the immediate shutdown of the appliance is suggested. Another effective protection against flue gas poisoning is a high-quality CO detector. We strongly recommend it and are happy to install it.
The boiler should run without any problems by default, but during its life there may be a situation where the intervention of a technician is required in the form of repairs - these are mainly cases where the boiler does not heat up, hot water does not flow, or it switches off. Better not wait for the problem to solve itself and call us.
We will arrange a visit date and arrive as soon as possible. As standard, we carry out repairs on site, in the event of a more serious malfunction, we try to solve the repair with absolute priority.
Repair
Revision
On each newly implemented device, the supplier organization shall ensure before putting the device into initial revision and preparation of the revision report, which is part of the equipment delivery.
The equipment must not be put into operation unless defects preventing safe and reliable operation, which are listed in the report, are removed about the revision.
The operational revision is then carried out 1x3 years or after the end of the test operation, after general repair, after interventions that affect safety and reliability of operation, after forced shutdown of the equipment from operation, after shutdown of the equipment from operation for more than 6 months and in cases determined by special regulations in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer (supplier) device.

Commissioning
An integral part of the boiler installation is its start-up, i.e. commissioning by an authorized person. This activity includes checking the connection to the heating circuit, connecting the regulation, setting important internal parameters and heating curves. In the case of condensing boilers, the final adjustment is made with the help of a flue gas analyzer and the ideal combustion process is set. Finally, the warranty card and start-up protocol are written and from this moment the appliance can be safely operated.
